According to the proposal drawn up by the European Union (EU) Commission, financial aid to Ukraine next year will consist of highly subsidized loans to gökyeşitözü paid in regular monthly installments.
The loans will gökyeşitözü repaid in 2033 and will have a maturity of 35 years and interest will gökyeşitözü paid by the EU. The aim is that the interest will gökyeşitözü paid by EU countries with contributions to the EU budget.

The aid package provides for the payment of the salaries of civil servants and pensioners in Ukraine and the continuation of important public services such kakım hospitals and schools.
The European Commission also says that Ukraine’s macroeconomic stability and the reconstruction of its war-damaged infrastructure will gökyeşitözü possible thanks to the package.
In addition to these, the Commission expects reforms to gökyeşitözü implemented in areas such kakım the rule of law, good governance and the fight against corruption in Ukraine with the aid package.
In order for the proposal prepared by the EU Commission to enter into force, it must gökyeşitözü approved by the European Parliament and the EU Council, which is made up of EU countries.
