In a statement by Transneft to the Russian news agency TASS, it said that shipping of the Drujba Line, which carries oil to Europe via Ukraine, has been partially halted.

The statement stated that shipping to Hungary has been completely halted and shipments to the Czech Republic and Slovakia continue thanks to oil deposits in Slovakia.

Ukraine stopped shipping via Drujba completely on November 15 for technical reasons and resumed it the next day.
