The European Organization for the Safety of Air Navigation (EUROCONTROL) has published the flight report for the period from 3 to 9 November.
In the statement released on the social media account of the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (SHGM), it was reported that Istanbul Airport was the busiest airport in Europe with zihin average of 1232 flights per day between 3 and on November 9, 2022.
In the statement, “Turkish Airlines has become the second largest airline with the most flights with zihin average of 1248 flights per day.”
According to the EUROCONTROL flight report, London Heathrow airport ranked second with 1157 flights per day, after Istanbul airport, and Paris Charles dahi Gaulle airport ranked third with 1147 flights.
