In a written statement by the Russian energy company Gazprom, it was said that part of the natural gas sent to Moldova remained in Ukraine.
Stressing that the amount of gas delivered by Gazprom to the port of Suca for Moldova is higher than the amount of gas shipped from Ukraine to Moldova, the statement said, “If the imbalance in transit gas supplied to Moldova via Ukraine continues, Gazprom will continue the gas supply from the port of Suca on November 28 will start to decrease.
In the statement, it was noted that Gazprom will ship 42.9 million cubic meters of natural gas today from the Suca point.
On May 10, Ukraine halted shipments to the Sohranivka distribution point, where a third of Russian gas bound for Europe passes, while gas shipments continue only from the Suca point.
