AS, NAOS Istanbul Cosmetics industry and trade. srl Sti, Pierre Fabre Dermo Kozmetik Ltd. Sti. and Method of Professional Cosmetic Products San. ve Tic. srl Şti has violated the law on the protection of competition by setting resale prices and limiting Internet sales.
Discussing the information, documents and findings made, the Board considered the findings serious and sufficient and decided to initiate zihin investigation against the companies in question.
