112,000 businesses were set up in the first 10 months of the year in Turkey – Last Minute Economy News

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey has released statistics on incorporated and closed companies for the month of October.

As a result, the number of companies incorporated in October decreased by 4.5 percent and the number of real commercial enterprises decreased by 14.9 percent compared to the previous month, while the number of cooperatives increased by 13.2 per cent. hundred.

Over the same period, the number of closed businesses decreased by 14.1 percent. During this period, the number of cooperatives increased by 17.7 percent and the number of real commercial enterprises increased by 37.6 percent.

In October, compared to the same month of the previous year, the number of incorporated enterprises increased by 33.3 percent, the number of cooperatives increased by 48.8 percent and the number of real commercial enterprises increased by 6. 4 percent.

During this period, the number of closed companies increased by 13.8 percent and the number of real commercial enterprises increased by 26.5 percent, while the number of cooperatives decreased by 7 percent.

A COMPANY HAS NOT BEEN ESTABLISHED ONLY IN ARDAHAN AND GUMUŞHANE

86.3 percent of companies and cooperatives set up in October were limited liability companies, 12.2 percent joint-stock companies and 1.5 percent cooperatives.

40.1 percent of companies and cooperatives were established in Istanbul, 9.9 percent in Ankara and 5.6 percent in Izmir. The establishment of the company did not take place in Ardahan and Gümüşhane in October.

Of the companies and cooperatives set up last month, 4,338 were engaged in trade, 1,824 in manufacturing and 1,516 in construction. Of the established royal commercial enterprises, 843 started operating in the repair of motor vehicles and motorcycles in the wholesale and retail trade, 519 in the construction sector and 272 in the manufacturing sector.

It was found that 579 of the enterprises and cooperatives closed in October were active in the repair of motor vehicles and motorcycles in the wholesale and retail trade, 263 in the manufacturing sector and 252 in the construction sector.

Of the closed royal commercial enterprises, 874 are found to gökyeşitözü engaged in the wholesale and retail trade of motor vehicles and motorcycles, 320 in the construction sector and 260 in the manufacturing sector.

While 189 cooperatives were formed in October, 118 of them started kakım housing cooperatives, 37 kakım business cooperatives and 13 kakım agricultural development cooperatives.

COMPANY WITH SINGLE FOREIGN CAPITAL

Of the 1,651 foreign joint venture companies set up last month, 144 were owned by Russia and 96 by Iran.

Of the foreign joint ventures, 151 are joint stock companies and 1500 are limited liability companies.

Of the companies set up this year, 2,556 operated in the wholesale trade in non-specialised exercises, 890 in real estate agencies, 782 in business and administrative consultancy activities.

80.6 percent of the total capital of foreign joint ventures was made up of the foreign share.

The number of companies incorporated in Turkey in the period January-October of this year increased by 24.9 percent compared to the same period of the previous year and reached 112,00026.

Over the same period, the number of businesses that closed increased by 55.9% to 16,953.
